Optical Cable Joint Box, also known as Optical Cable Splicing Closure, is where the end of the optical cable is connected. It is connected to the optical switch through fiber jumpers, preventing material aging caused by heat, cold, light, oxygen and microorganisms in nature. It also has excellent mechanical strength. The sturdy shell and main structural components of the optical cable joint box can withstand the harshest environmental changes, and at the same time play a role in flame retardancy and waterproofing, protecting against vibration, impact, optical cable stretching, twisting, etc. It is suitable for straight-through and branch connections of various structural optical cables in overhead, pipeline, direct burial and other laying methods.
The splice closure has a total of 4 cable ports, with two inlets and two outlets; it can meet the sealing requirements of Φ10~18 optical cables;
Supports 6 24-core fiber reels or 144-core fiber reels, with a maximum capacity of 864 cores;
The box adopts mechanical sealing and is suitable for overhead and pipeline installation;
The box body features a buckle design around, enabling screwless installation and re-openable for repeated use;
The optical cable is sealed by nut compression, with a wide applicable range and meeting sealing requirements;
